Real austrian signs in game

With the upcoming update in Austria made by SCS and my modifications, and the current situation in Austria I decided to make the signs a bit more realistic and more convenient. To take the exit at Innsbruck for example. The navigation signs used here are the italian ones. These will be removen and replaced by signs like thesee. (the straight ahead sign is an austrian sign which is already in the game, the one with the arrow to the right is made by me).

There will be more signs like these in Austria, so keep track! For Italy this means that the citylimitsigns are very close, and maybe there's more!
