Austria update SCS, modifications I'll do

SCS just released some beautiful pictures form Austria. Finally the south of this country is coming in this game (after very much years, start counting in the GTS times), and this map-update will be free for all users. Now these roads are known I can start to do my modifications because it is not going to fit 100% with, for example the Italy mod, and some improvements are in my eyes, not fully realised.

Everybody knows the closed road at the road Salzburg-A12. This is going to be a road to the south. The A9 Pyhrn autobahn will also be realised so there's very muc going to change in Austria.

On the map you can see 3 squares numbered. These are the modifications you can except.

1. Venezia:
To connect Italy with the rest of east Europe SCs decided to expand the A4 to Venezia. That's somethin I've already did to Vicenza. The map will be changed there so everything will connect without any problems.

2. Tauern Autobahn:
As you can see on the imange there's a short piece of autobahn crossing the A2 going to the north, this is the Tauern autobahn and goes in real life from Salzburg to the south. It is not certain if I am going to mod this, when SCS is expanding this road that version will be used, when this is how it is going to be I'll expand the A10 north to Salzburg.

3??. Brenner autobahn-Inntal autobahn
The crossing at Innsbruck between the A13 and the A12 is since the start of ets2 unrealistic. You are leaving the autobahn to a city road to go to the beginning of a new road, in real life it is a normal highway junction. I'll rebuilt that part with the FLD prefabs.

As you can see on the google map the blue lines are the roads SCS already made in the second map (the one with the squares). The red one is where the A10 is going to be.

As I have said before, this is great news, for the Vanilla gamers and for my plans to expand Austria because this is going to make things a lot easier.
